iTunes is a proprietary digital media player application, used for playing and organizing digital music and video files. The application is also an interface to manage the contents on Apple's iPod and iPhone lines, as well as the iPad. iTunes can connect to the iTunes Store via the Internet to purchase and download music, music videos, television shows, iPod games, audiobooks, eBooks, podcasts, feature length films and movie rentals (not available in all countries), and ringtones (only used for iPhone). It is also used to download applications for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad running iOS 2.0 or later. iTunes was introduced by Apple Inc. on January 9, 2001. The latest version, version 10.1.1, is available as a free download for Mac OS X v10.5/Windows XP or later on Apple's website. In June, 2010, Apple released a new privacy policy pertaining to the capture and collection of users' real-time location information. Q. i have a 96 civic dx with the stock d16y7 engine in it putting out about 110hp with a few add ons. i saw on ebay that there were turbo kits for this engine for less than $600. i dont have a lot of money so if i can get a bolt on kit, install myself and have it tuned for less than $1000, then i think i have a winner. i will save some money and get a b series swap next year. a few questions though: -do i need to upgrade any other parts if i boost, like pistons or connecting rods? -will i be able to surpass 200hp? -do i need to use higher octane gas with my turbo? any tips are appreciated, i just basically want to know if its worth boosting this engine. i dont want to blow it out or spend another $500 upgrading other parts along with it. i… [cont.] Asked by EpicRacer - Tue May 27 18:48:15 2008 - Maintenance & Repairs - 3 Answers - Comments A. with the money that you'd have to spend to beat 200hp, you could buy a car that is already fast. You will not need higher octane gas with a turbo, higher octane gas is for engines that have a higher compression ratio than 8.5 to 1. So the turbo won't affect that. To gain a higher compression ratio, you'll need higher compression ratio pistons. and or cylinder head. Don't waste your money - if you do anything, get another car.
